I am a life-long New Mexican and grew up in the Jemez Mountains; my dad has been a Jemez resident for over 40 years, and I still consider myself blessed to have grown up there. In 2015 I decided to capitalize on my background in finance and become a licensed Real Estate Broker in NM. I subsequently became a Qualifying Broker in 2019 and opened my own brokerage where I specialized in transaction coordination, managing a high volume of transactions for 10+ brokers throughout the state while also maintaining my own buyers/sellers and supervising two associate brokers. The ever-changing nature of the real estate market reminded me that change is often something to be embraced, so in 2024 I made the decision to return to college to finish my childhood dream of becoming a mental health counselor. While in pursuit of a master’s degree, I decided to step back from managing and supervising my own brokerage and ultimately “came home” to the Jemez to join Jemez Homes and Land, LLC in 2025. While I am now a resident of Edgewood where I reside with my husband, five children, horses, dogs, chickens, and cats, my parents and many of my friends have remained Jemez residents, giving me plenty of reasons (although who needs a reason to visit somewhere so beautiful) to go back up the mountain often. I am excited to get back to my roots and the mountains I know like the back of my hand and begin serving the Jemez Mountains, East Mountains, and all areas in between!
