I was first licensed in 2017 as a Real Estate Associate Broker. I retired from a trucking management career after 40 years and knew I was not going to have a “Rocking Chair Retirement, so selling Real Estate seemed like a great way to meet new people and stay busy.  I have owned property on Thompson Ridge for 35 years and my wife Susan and I have been a full-time residents in Rancho De La Cueva since 2008.   I served as President of the Thompson Ridge Property Association for almost 20 years. I was also board member of the New Mexico Trucking Association for 25 years, and served as President from 2018-2020. I have recently joined the Jemez Mountains Firewise Association as a board member.
 
Susan and I love everything about living in the Jemez!  We love all the outdoor opportunities but really are attached to the people in the community.  My goal is for my buyers and sellers to be happy with their transactions long after the fact.  I am looking forward to helping you find the right property, or helping you sell when it is time.  My only regret in my Real Estate career is that I didn’t start sooner!
